Terms of Service

These terms and conditions constitute the agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“User”) and POWERPOD AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINES SERVICES (“we,” “us,” or “POWEPOD”) regarding your use of the POWERPOD powerbank rental stations (“Service”) in the United Arab Emirates. The agreement applies to our website https://powerpod.ae (“Website”) and the POWERPOD mobile app (“App”) using operating systems such as iOS and Android. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Service.

1. Rental Service

  1. Our Service allows users to rent portable chargers for personal use. By renting a charger, you agree to comply with any additional terms and conditions provided at the time of rental.
  2. You acknowledge that the chargers remain the property of POWERPOD, and you will exercise reasonable care while using them.

2. User Accounts

  1. To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account information as necessary.
  3. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service.

3. Fees and Payments

  1. Rental fees and charges for our Service will be clearly displayed on our website and app. By using our Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
  2. We may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any errors, delays, or unauthorized transactions by these third-party processors.
  3. All fees and charges are non-refundable, but If you were not able to start your order but were charged by our system, please contact us at info@powerpod.ae or call us at +971547755452, and we will issue a refund.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  1. You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  2. You will not interfere with the proper functioning of our Service or attempt to access any restricted areas without authorization.
  3. You will not transmit any harmful or malicious code, viruses, or other destructive content.
  4. You will not engage in any activity that may disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of our Service.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All content and materials available on our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of POWERPOD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the extent permitted by law, POWERPOD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Service.
  2. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on our Service.

7. Governing Law

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of United Arab Emirates.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and POWERPOD regarding your use of our Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
